Plenty of people want to achieve goals and events during their lifetime. Bucket lists can consist of basically anything, such as traveling the world, or accomplishing something you had hoped to do, and mostly everyone has a bucket list if you ask. No one’s bucket list is wrong, as everyone is different and unique, and find other things enjoyable. There are many options to choose from to put on your bucket list, but here are my top 10 bucket list items.

10. Participate in a Flash Mob

I’ve always wanted to be a part of a spontaneous choreographed dance in public. The music is always perfectly chosen, the dance moves simple yet memorable, and the people involved seem like they have a good time. If you like to randomly burst out into dance, then I recommend adding participating in a flash mob onto your bucket list.

9. Learn How to Knit

Knitting would be a great skill to have, as you can make almost anything out of yarn these days. The material for knitting isn’t too pricey, and you can find yarn pretty much anywhere in most stores such as Walmart or Hobby Lobby.

8. Become More Self-Confident

I’m not the most outgoing person there is, and I know I don’t have the highest self-confidence, but I’m not the only one. Ways to build your self-confidence include being more optimistic and remaining positive, recognizing your strengths as well as what your weaknesses are, and if all else fails; simply try smiling. Your self-confidence will slowly build from there.

7. Visit the Grand Canyon

I can personally cross off visiting the Grand Canyon on my bucket list. I got to see it when I was on tour with the Waldorf Choir last year, and it was amazing! The scenery was beautiful and the weather was perfect. In fact, the entire state of Arizona is beautiful, so I recommend visiting Arizona in general. You won’t regret it!

6. Go on a Camping Trip with a Friend or Two

We’ve all gone camping at least once in our lives, but nothing says friendship like sleeping under the stars around a campfire, surrounded by your friends. It doesn’t cost much to go camping, and it’s a fun way to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

5. Learn Yoga

Yoga has become quite popular these last few years, and it’s not difficult to see why. Originally practiced by Hindus for spiritual discipline, as well as self-discipline, yoga helps improve breath control, and to better your mind and body. It is a relaxing hobby, and most recreational centers offer yoga classes, or you could always do yoga on your own.

4. Participate in a Color Run

Many of my friends have done the Color Run and have nothing but positive comments about the 5K. When runners pass a certain distance, colored powder is thrown at them, turning their all white attire into a colorful scene. Most states offer a color run, so you don’t have to go to the ends of the earth searching for one.

3. See a Broadway Show

Seeing a musical live would be a dream come true for me. I love musicals, and went through a phase where I watched nothing but musicals my junior year in high school. The musical I want to see the most of is “The Lion King,” as I love the movie, and have heard the musical will blow you away! The only downside to musicals is that tickets can be rather pricey, but they also depend on where you want to sit.

2. Visit New York or Washington D.C.

Both New York and Washington D.C. have many attractions to offer, so you would never be bored. In New York, I would most definitely go see the Statue of Liberty as well as Times Square, while in Washington D.C. has the Lincoln Memorial as well as the Washington Monument, and much more.

1. Plan a Vacation in Europe

Europe. A country filled with rich cultures, stunning scenery, and beautiful people. There are plenty of places to experience and learn about. From London, England all the way to Berlin, Germany, you’d find yourself almost always busy, and certainly never bored. You could go admire Italian art in Rome, or go to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The possibilities are endless!

So, there you have it folks. Those are my top 10 bucket list ideas, and I hope you got inspiration from my list to add to yours, but what you put on your bucket list is ultimately up to you!
